(2008-Present)

The turning point in my career
came when I shifted my focus to leadership. I undertook various training programs that equipped me with the skills needed to lead effectively. From advanced logistics management courses to leadership seminars, every training session added to my arsenal of knowledge.

The skills I developed on the sales floor—resilience, adaptability, and a relentless pursuit of goals—have been invaluable in my ascent to leadership. Each step of the way has reinforced my belief in the power of hard work, positivity, and continuous learning.

Sales Executive at EMU Lines

 (2003-2008)

In 2003, I joined EMU Lines and found my true calling in the logistics industry. My ability to connect with clients and understand their needs laid the foundation for my success. The logistics industry presented a dynamic environment where every client interaction was a learning opportunity.

Transition and Challenges

(1999-2000)

After my contract ended, I faced a six-month period of unemployment. Despite numerous interviews, particularly with emerging call centers, I struggled to secure a position due to my accent. This period tested my resilience and adaptability, eventually leading me to a sales role at Pages.

Sales Role at Pages: Sales was not my initial career choice, but it became a pivotal part of my professional journey. This role honed my skills in sales and customer relationship management, setting the stage for future opportunities.

(1996-1999)

My journey began at the travel counter, where I gained valuable experience in counter sales and customer interaction. This role provided a strong foundation in sales and customer service, skills that would prove invaluable in my later career.
